Front Brake Disc – 9J1 615 301 A
Front brake disc, OE number 9J1 615 301 A. Component group 615301 identifies this as a front disc. Revision index A. Sold individually — order two per axle. Confirm disc diameter against your vehicle before ordering; a single platform commonly runs two or three different sizes. NOTE: prefix 9J1 is the PORSCHE TAYCAN platform, not an Audi. Porsche dealers list these numbers directly. Decide whether they belong in an Audi catalogue.

Straight, true and quiet
Replacement for my 2011 A4 B8 2.0 TFSI. Runout measured well within spec on the dial gauge. Swapped them on the driveway with basic tools in about two hours a side. Result is eight months and several thousand miles later they are still dead smooth.

Pedal feel transformed
Went on my A3 8P 3.0 TFSI V6 at 66k miles. Runout measured well within spec on the dial gauge. An independent specialist fitted them and commented on how clean the castings were. Result is no vibration through the pedal even on a long downhill run. Will be back for the other side.

Better than the dealer discs
Bought for a 2017 TT 8S. Weight and vane count match the originals exactly. Needed a wind-back tool for the rear calipers but otherwise a straightforward job. Result is eight months and several thousand miles later they are still dead smooth. No complaints at all.

Bedded in perfectly
Bought for a 2017 A3 8V. The protective coating on the hat means no unsightly rust ring after a wash. Took my time bedding them in over 200 miles as the instructions ask. Result is the steering wheel shimmy under braking from motorway speed has completely gone. No complaints at all.

Judder gone completely
Fitted to my 2020 Q5 FY. Weight and vane count match the originals exactly. Carrier bolts came off without a fight and the new discs dropped straight on. Result is the steering wheel shimmy under braking from motorway speed has completely gone. Will be back for the other side.
