Plugged straight in
Second one of these I have bought, this time for the A3 8P. The three bolts went straight into the original captive nuts. The housing seal feels substantial and the breather sits in the factory position. Result is the output is far better than the yellowed original it replaced.

Right part in the end
Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2015 A3 8V before ordering. No coding was needed, the car picked it up straight away. The first one to arrive was the opposite side to the one ordered. That said, it has passed an MOT since with no comment on the beam. Good part, minor niggles.

Sits flush with the bumper
Ordered this for my A5 F5 after the original gave up at 120k. The lens is properly clear rather than the slightly milky finish of the cheap copies. Swapping it over took an afternoon working carefully. Result is the output is far better than the yellowed original it replaced. Delivery was quick too.

Clear lens, proper seal

No coding needed
Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2008 RS4 B7 before ordering. The internal reflector finish looks the same as the unit that came off. The bumper had to come off, but the mounting tabs lined up exactly. Result is the output is far better than the yellowed original it replaced. Exactly what I needed.

Brighter than the one it replaced
Replacement for my 2016 A3 8V 2.5 TFSI. It plugged into the factory connector without an adapter. The mounting tabs are moulded thick enough that they do not flex when bolted down. Result is the output is far better than the yellowed original it replaced. Will be back for the other side.

Beam pattern matches the original
