Saved a fortune on the repair

My A5 8T needed this doing at 66k miles. It came properly primed rather than in bare metal that would flash rust. The bodyshop test-fitted it before paint and needed almost no adjustment. Result is the paint match came out perfectly with no ripple in the reflection. Will be back for the other side.

Lined up first time (A7 4G)

Fitted to my 2017 A7 4G. It came properly primed rather than in bare metal that would flash rust. I prepped and painted it in the car colour and it went on in a morning. Result is the paint match came out perfectly with no ripple in the reflection.

Bodyshop was impressed

Went on my S4 B8 2.0 TFSI at 138k miles. It clipped into the factory mounting points without drilling anything. The steel gauge feels the same as the original panel we cut out. Result is it has been on a year now with no sign of corrosion at the seams. Good value against the dealer price.

Primed and ready to paint

Replacement for my 2010 A6 C6 3.0 TFSI V6. I lined it up against the door shut and the gap fell straight in. The swage lines and body contours follow the original exactly. Result is it has been on a year now with no sign of corrosion at the seams.

Contours match exactly

My TT 8S needed this doing at 147k miles. The steel gauge feels the same as the original panel we cut out. The bodyshop test-fitted it before paint and needed almost no adjustment. Result is it has been on a year now with no sign of corrosion at the seams. Exactly what I needed.

Fits well, arrived slightly marked

Second one of these I have bought, this time for the A3 8P. It clipped into the factory mounting points without drilling anything. The steel gauge feels the same as the original panel we cut out. On balance the finished repair cost a fraction of a dealer panel. Fine for the money, with that one caveat.

Panel gaps came out perfect

Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2015 A6 C7 before ordering. It clipped into the factory mounting points without drilling anything. All the mounting tabs and clip locations are present and in the right place. Result is the panel gaps are even down both sides and you cannot tell it was repaired. Cannot fault it.
