Right filter, tight in the housing
Replacement for my 2020 Q8 4M 2.5 TFSI. I changed it with the oil at the same service interval. The outer diameter was a couple of millimetres off and it would not sit square in the housing. That said, oil pressure comes up as quickly on a cold start as it always has. Fine for the money, with that one caveat.

Genuine quality for less
Second one of these I have bought, this time for the A1 8X. It dropped straight into the housing and the cap torqued to spec first go. The pleat count is visibly higher than the supermarket filter I had been using. Result is shifts are smoother now the transmission has clean fluid and a fresh filter. Would order again without hesitation.

No leaks, no fuss
Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2005 A3 8P before ordering. Dimensions matched the outgoing filter to the millimetre. Two minutes behind the glovebox once I had the tabs released. Result is no leaks at all after several hundred miles. Would order again without hesitation.
