Complete and correct
Bought for a 2015 A4 B8.5. Torqued the tensioner to spec and rotated it twice by hand before starting. The tooth profile and belt width are indistinguishable from the part that came off. Result is the top-end rattle on cold start has completely gone. Will be back for the other side.

Peace of mind on an interference engine
Went on my Q7 4M 2.0 TDI at 60k miles. The date stamp was recent, which matters for rubber that has been sitting on a shelf. Torqued the tensioner to spec and rotated it twice by hand before starting. Result is no more chain slap on start-up, which was what prompted the job. No complaints at all.

Fine, but I expected longer life
Ordered this for my A7 4G after the original gave up at 110k. A weekend job with the right locking kit and a service manual open next to me. It developed a light rattle again far sooner than a timing job should need redoing. That said, timing has held perfectly through 12,000 miles since fitting. Worth buying, just go in with your eyes open.

Everything lined up
Bought for a 2015 S4 B8. I did the water pump and rollers at the same time since the front was already off. The date stamp was recent, which matters for rubber that has been sitting on a shelf. Result is the engine is noticeably quieter at idle than it has been for a year. Would order again without hesitation.

Correct kit, no surprises
Second one of these I have bought, this time for the Q7 4M. Everything in the box matched the parts diagram with nothing missing. Locking tools on, marks aligned, and it timed up exactly where it should. Result is no more chain slap on start-up, which was what prompted the job. Good value against the dealer price.
