Correct fit, sealed properly
My A6 C8 needed this doing at 50k miles. The old one practically fell apart coming out; this went in cleanly. The media feels dense and the end caps are properly bonded rather than glued on thin. Result is the musty smell from the vents has completely gone. Happy to recommend it.

Wrong housing diameter (Q3 8U)
Replacement for my 2016 Q3 8U 1.8 TFSI. The outer diameter was a couple of millimetres off and it would not sit square in the housing. I pre-oiled the seal before fitting and there has not been a drop since. Disappointing for the price.

Good pleat count
Bought for a 2018 A4 B9. Dimensions matched the outgoing filter to the millimetre. I pre-oiled the seal before fitting and there has not been a drop since. Result is shifts are smoother now the transmission has clean fluid and a fresh filter. Exactly what I needed.

No leaks, no fuss
Bought for a 2018 Q5 FY. The pleat count is visibly higher than the supermarket filter I had been using. The old one practically fell apart coming out; this went in cleanly. Result is the musty smell from the vents has completely gone. Delivery was quick too.

Went on my A4 B9 2.0 TDI at 135k miles. I changed it with the oil at the same service interval. The media feels dense and the end caps are properly bonded rather than glued on thin. Result is no leaks at all after several hundred miles. Good value against the dealer price.
